Plantation grown Acacia hardwood (FSC Certified) with FDA grade food oil finish. Stainless steel / Acacia wood knife. Large surface area with integrated circular well perfect for olives and dipping oils. Stainless steel serrated bread knife with Acacia wood handle and 8.2 blade.
